I found this film to be very insightful, especially being a musician myself, it was great to see the inner workings of a world famous band.
If you've any interest in music then it's defo worth a watch

Escapes me how you could find this interesting if you weren't a fan unless you enjoy listening to California types talking on and on about nothing.

a good inside view of the band. would prefer more music, and less of the therapy crap, but all in all a good docufilm

Even if you're not a Metallica fan this is entertaining. Surprise to see how the rock band are behind the scenes.
